MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Mebane NC 27302 – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $20/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday, 8:45 PM – 7:15 AM (4-day work week!)

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will perform routine tasks following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for manual packaging, feeding raw materials into the production line, and ensuring all products meet quality standards through regular inspections.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manually package kits and perform necessary cleaning functions.
  • Test and inspect parts for in-process quality checks.
  • Feed raw materials onto the production line and clear common machine faults.
  • Perform basic machine set-up, start-up, and shut-down tasks.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Adhere to all safety and housekeeping policies.

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic arithmetic).
  • Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment).
