MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $20/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Opportunity for overtime available

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support daily production operations including packaging, labeling, assembly, inspection, and machine-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team setting.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine production and machine operation tasks
  • Fill, package, label, assemble, and inspect products
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Support team goals and production deadlines
  • Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain quality standards in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
