MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift, Rotating Schedule)
• • Week 1: On – On – Off – Off – On – On – On
  • Week 2: Off – Off – On – On – Off – Off – Off

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support production operations by performing tasks such as assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products in a manufacturing environment. The operator ensures all work meets quality and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation. They also collaborate with the team and follow standard procedures to keep production running efficiently.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform production tasks including filling, assembling, labeling, packaging, and inspection
• Operate equipment and support utility operations under supervision
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with industry standards (FDA, GMP, ISO)
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Support team goals and collaborate effectively with coworkers
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance (not continuous)
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
