Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections, calibration, and basic maintenance checks
• Operate machinery and monitor production processes
• Feed raw materials into machines and ensure proper workflow
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation
• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment status
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to understand written instructions and complete basic documentation
• Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 90 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
