Machine Operator – Night Shift
Location: Downingtown, PA
Compensation: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Our client is a full-service beverage co-packer and brand partner supporting emerging and established names across retail, foodservice, and direct-to-consumer channels. Known for launching notable brands and scaling operations with precision, they offer a streamlined path from concept to shelf.
They are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join the Night Shift team at their Downingtown facility. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and shut down production equipment in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor and assess equipment performance; report or escalate complex mechanical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across workstations and production areas throughout the shift
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation procedures for raw materials and report any quality concerns
• Accurately complete production paperwork and maintain shift reports
• Assist in training new team members and support continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate operational or safety concerns to supervisors proactively
• Adhere to all safety policies and wear required PPE
• Follow GMP guidelines and ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Participate in company programs related to food safety, preventative maintenance, and employee safety
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMP preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and twisting for extended periods
• Willingness to work a night shift (4 days on, 3 days off / 3 days on, 4 days off schedule)
• Willing to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems, industrial electricity, and sanitary process piping is a plus
