Required Education High School Diploma Required Experience Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment Experience performing machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Experience with in-process inspections and quality documentation Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Tech Skills Machine setup and operation Preventive maintenance Basic troubleshooting Root cause analysis support Quality inspection using gauges, jigs, and fixtures Statistical process control Basic PC skills Microsoft Windows environment Ability to read charts and simple diagrams Basic math skills Documentation and recordkeeping Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Effective verbal and written English communication Teamwork and collaboration Ability to work independently within established procedures Problem-solving skills Dependability and punctuality Flexibility to rotate between tasks Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment Perform routine assembly, filling, packing, labeling, and inspection activities Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment maintenance Troubleshoot machine and product quality issues Inspect products and remove defective materials Assist with root cause analysis for process and product issues Monitor quality using established process control procedures Complete quality, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately Perform cleaning activities in sterilized areas when required Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures Follow all client safety policies and procedures Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Work effectively in a team environment Support flexible scheduling and overtime requirements as needed Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
