We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Albion, NY. This role is responsible for operating production equipment efficiently while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all safety guidelines. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.
Shift: 4th Shift (Rotating)
Hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Schedule Pattern: Rotating 12-hour shifts:
2 days on / 2 days off
3 days on / 2 days off
Lunch: 30 minutes
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Produce quality materials while meeting production targets.
Monitor machinery and report any operational concerns.
Perform basic quality inspections of finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
Work effectively with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
Equipment may include processes related to:
Knit Operations
Laid Scrim Operations
Coat/Glue Processes
Converting Equipment
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.
