Job Details

The Order Fulfillment / Production Associate is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing materials, verifying product accuracy, and ensuring completed orders meet quality standards and delivery schedules. This role supports daily production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and verify order information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive, process, and prepare customer orders according to specifications.
  • Inspect completed orders to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Meet daily production and order fulfillment goals.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or order fulfillment environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
