Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.
Trim finished rubber parts.
Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
Follows Camerons Quality Policy to ensure the production of quality parts.
Trains other employees and imparts personal knowledge of parts, procedures, machines, etc.
Perform various other duties and activities within the physical constraints of the job.

Experience & Skills
Required / Core Skills

Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Safety-first mindset; strict adherence to HSE rules
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment
Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)
Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes

Education
Minimum: High school diploma or GED

Shift / Hours
MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Training
All training is provided locally

Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Items over 50 lbs require mechanical assistance (cranes) or team lifting

Safety
Strong emphasis on HSE compliance
Steel-toe shoes required
