ECHO Incorporated is looking for a Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are seeking a Machine Operator Operate and support the trimmer line by changing spools, packaging and labeling finished products, monitoring production and equipment performance, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment while supporting overall production goals.
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Wage is $16.25/hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently change trimmer line spools to maintain continuous production flow
Package finished goods, including spools, loops, and cut line products
Accurately label products to ensure proper identification and shipment
Monitor production output to meet daily production targets
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
Continuously monitor machinery for malfunctions or irregularities; promptly notify the lead when issues arise
Assemble boxes and prepare materials for packaging
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift and handle materials and spools weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to often stoop, kneel, or crouch
Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
