A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Operator 1, Machine (Sweeper) in Columbus, NE . The Operator 1, Machine would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

The pay for this position is $24.28 per hour (includes shift differential)

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential for extension beyond the current term based on performance and business needs

The required shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Shift D, onsite in Columbus, NE)

Must be able to work extended and flexible hours

• Collect all product that falls to the floor (“Sweeper” duties)
• Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting
• Follow GMP, FDA, and ISO9000 standards in all work activities
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Support team production goals and daily output requirements
• Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions
• Work within a team environment to maintain workflow efficiency
• Rotate between assigned production tasks as needed
• Maintain safe and clean work area at all times

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain punctual and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Previous GMP / FDA regulated manufacturing experience
• Experience in packaging, production, or assembly environments
• Prior work in continuous production line environments
