Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator for a 1st shift opportunity. This is an interview-first position and is best suited for someone with a strong work history, the ability to learn quickly, and the physical ability to perform hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and following production and quality standards throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
  1. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently during the assigned shift.
  2. Monitor machines and production flow to ensure products meet quality expectations.
  3. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  4. Lift, move, and handle materials as required throughout the workday.
  5. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
  6. Follow instructions from supervisors and quickly learn job processes and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Must have a good work history and strong attendance record.
  2. Must be physically able to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  3. Must be a quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  4. Previous machine operation, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  5. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow workplace policies.
