Machine Operator

As a Nonwoven Fabric Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality nonwoven fabrics used in various applications, such as, filtration, personal hygiene and automotive . This is a great opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor nonwoven fabric machines to ensure efficient and smooth production process
• Inspect finished products for quality defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors

• Ability to work between 60 -72 hours a week
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in operating machinery
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Shift 

8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am

• Full time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - Friday, plus overtime

• Temporary to permanent position after probationary period
