In our machine operator role, you will work alongside die assembly and inspection teams to produce high-quality components while gaining skills in operating presses, inspecting parts, and supporting production. What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate all related dies, presses, machines, and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products.
• Record how much time is spent on each job.
• Organize, package, and inspect parts.
• Operate various types of cranes and die buggies.
• Inspect critical dimensions on stamped parts during production.
• Inspect parts for visual defects.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 Years of previous manufacturing experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
• Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and with control.
• Frequent reaching, kneeling, stooping, and manual dexterity tasks.
• Ability to wear PPE and work around industrial equipment.

Work Environment:

• On-site manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
• Frequent movement between departments
