Parallel Employment is actively searching for dedicated Machine Operators to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor machinery for manufacturing processes.
Conduct quality checks on products using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshooting as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines throughout operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Document and report production data and any issues that arise.
Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts.
Pay Rate: $18.50 to $24.50 Depending on Experience
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
