Machine Operator – Direct Hire | $18–$20/hr | All Shifts | Bolingbrook, IL

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a stable, global manufacturing company in Bolingbrook, IL. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled, high-security production environment.

This is a great fit for someone with manufacturing experience, machine operating experience, or strong mechanical aptitude who wants a long-term career with steady hours and overtime potential.

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Overtime available based on production needs

Schedule
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (might vary slightly)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Initial training may take place on 1st shift before moving to your assigned shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will operate production equipment used to create secure, high-quality products. You will help keep machines running properly, follow production procedures, and make sure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:
  • Operate and monitor production machines
  • Perform basic machine checks and troubleshooting
  • Load materials and monitor inventory during production
  • Follow safety, quality, and security procedures
  • Complete production documentation and basic data entry
  • Work with Quality Assurance to maintain product standards
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. We will consider candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualified candidates should have:
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 15–50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Assembly Operator, Packaging Operator, Material Handler, CNC Operator, Press Operator, or general manufacturing associate is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is located on a fast-paced production floor in a high-security, climate-controlled facility. The role may involve standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to machinery noise. Hearing protection is provided if required.
