Job Summary
As a General Labor Team Member, you'll work alongside an experienced team to safely manufacture and prepare pallet products for our customers.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Safely handling lumber and pallet materials throughout the production process
Stacking finished products according to quality standards and customer specifications
Labeling and tagging materials accurately
Banding, bundling, and securing finished products for shipment
Operating hand tools such as staple guns and assisting with basic equipment troubleshooting
Moving materials throughout the facility and assisting with loading and unloading carts
Recording production information accurately
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Participating in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Assisting with other tasks as required
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling is preferred.
Working knowledge of basic math preferred
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $17.00/hour
