Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM | Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM to 12 AM Friday

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; documentation must be provided
• Must meet the ITAR definition of a U.S. person; documentation must be provided
• Ability to deburr parts efficiently with close attention to detail
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to read simple part drawings
• Ability to accurately use and read micrometers and dial calipers
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to position workpieces and inspect completed parts
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
• Three or more years of detailed deburring experience preferred

Job Duties

• Operate various deburring equipment effectively and efficiently
• Perform detailed part deburring on a continuous basis
• Complete manual part marking using VibroPeen and engraving equipment
• Assemble and disassemble components
• Enhance the surface finish of parts and components
• Position workpieces correctly for processing
• Inspect parts daily using various types of inspection equipment
• Identify and report problems during the production process
• Perform deburring functions repeatedly while maintaining quality standards
• Complete general part cleaning, including clean-line duties
• Perform minor maintenance on tools
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Follow AS9100 requirements and all other applicable quality standards
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management within the employee's capabilities

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Machine Operator helps produce quality products through the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong work habits, mechanical ability, and a commitment to maintaining production and quality standards.

The Machine Operator combines equipment operation, product inspection, troubleshooting, and process monitoring to support successful manufacturing while following established production procedures.

This profession is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and operating industrial equipment.
