Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2
Shifts:
1st: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
2nd: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
3rd: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
Assist with machine setup, operation, and production in a manufacturing environment.
Monitor product quality, perform basic troubleshooting, and record production data.
Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and maintain a clean work area.
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with overtime as needed.
Requirements:
2 3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Good attendance, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a hot environment.
Basic math, tape measure reading, and computer skills.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
Site tour required.
