What You'll Be Doing:
Operate and monitor industrial production equipment.
Set up machines according to production specifications.
Operate a 15-foot press and assist with a 500-ton production machine.
Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate production records.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
2+ years of machine operating experience required(CNC or similar production equipment experience is also accepted).
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing facility.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent bending, stooping, and material handling.
Must follow all company safety and quality procedures.
