Machine OperatorOnly qualified Machine Operator candidates located near the Hunt Valley, MD area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. Required Education High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience OR Associate's (AA) Technical Degree with no prior experience required. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience with a High School Diploma Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Experience operating automated manufacturing or production equipment Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Tech Skills Ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment Knowledge of machine controls and machine settings Ability to inspect products using gauges, jigs and fixtures Ability to monitor quality using statistical process control methods Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English Ability to analyze charts, follow diagrams and perform basic arithmetic Ability to complete quality, safety and maintenance documentation accurately Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to recognize deviations from established specifications Ability to work overtime as required Responsibilities Perform routine setup, operation and adjustment of moderately complex automated manufacturing equipment Perform minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting Control and adjust machine settings to maintain production standards Inspect in-process parts and remove defective products, packaging and components Perform filling, packing, assembling, labeling and inspection activities Monitor product quality using established quality control procedures Assist with root cause analysis for process and product issues Identify the need for minor equipment repairs Perform cleanup activities in sterilized areas when required Complete quality, safety and maintenance documentation accurately Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine performance and product quality issues Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures Follow all client safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned
