Compensation
The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Monday – Thursday nights, 8:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Responsibilities
Manually package kits and perform basic production tasks
Perform cleaning functions on equipment and work areas
Inspect and test parts for in-process quality checks
Pull and feed raw materials on the production line
Clear common machine faults and assist with basic machine troubleshooting
Perform basic machine setup, start-up, and shutdown tasks
Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation
Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Maintain compliance with all safety and housekeeping policies
Assist in training other team members as needed
Provide input on standard operating procedures when required
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
Must be able to work overnight shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills including Windows-based systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
