Job Title: Production Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Columbus, NE 68601
Pay Rate: $22.70/hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-Week Rotating Schedule)

Schedule Example:

• Week 1: On-On-Off-Off-On-On-On
• Week 2: Off-Off-On-On-Off-Off-Off

Position Overview:
A-Line Staffing is looking for Production Operators to support day-to-day production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of routine tasks such as cleaning, filling, assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products while ensuring everything meets strict quality and compliance standards. The work follows established procedures, and you’ll operate under direct supervision while contributing to overall team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production tasks including cleaning, filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspection
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and work within established processes
• Support team objectives and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Make sound, basic decisions within the scope of the role
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing/production/warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
• Basic math skills required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a structured, routine-based setting
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed
