As a Machine Operator, you will not just be watching a line-you will actively own and manage the performance of our complex, state-of-the-art production equipment. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting processes, ensuring precise quality metrics, and driving operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Safely set up, run, and perform changeovers on complex, automated production machinery.
Continuously monitor equipment gauges, process data, and product quality; interpret technical specifications and make critical adjustments as needed.
Utilize computer interfaces for data entry, production tracking, and system reporting.
Direct, support, and collaborate with production associates on your line to maintain steady workflow and safety standards.
Adhere to strict corporate safety protocols, actively participating in maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing, converting, or continuous-process environment highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical systems, use basic hand tools, and solve technical problems on the floor.
Proficient in navigating computer interfaces, digital controls, or manufacturing software systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions, formulas, and quality blueprints/specifications.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate a manufacturing floor, and stand for extended periods.
A strong track record of dependable attendance and a deep commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
12-Hour Rotating Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Includes a rotating schedule (e.g., working every other weekend or designated rotating days off), offering predictable, built-in days off.
