Operator 1, Machine Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)

Operator 1, Machine Highlights

• W2 contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• On-site position in Columbus, NE (no remote)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: may be requested; candidates should be willing to work overtime as needed

Operator 1, Machine Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Work effectively in a team environment to support production goals and objectives
• Follow standard operating procedures and complete tasks consisting of prescribed steps
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed

Operator 1, Machine Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted (required)
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and perform basic math
• Ability to work regularly and punctually; attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours when needed

Operator 1, Machine Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
