Machine Marking Operator

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Marking Operator to join our CNC Shop team. This position is responsible for operating pneumatic and electric marking equipment to process material markings according to job instructions and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift operation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job router marking instructions and quality requirements
• Set up, program, and operate marking equipment
• Process and mark materials for identification and traceability purposes
• Maintain production goals and quality standards
• Safely operate forklifts to move and stage materials
• Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operator experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet production expectations
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in warehouse and seasonal heat conditions
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
