What You’ll Be Doing

Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and forklifts
Support production by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Industrial or machine maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of motors, controls, and automated equipment
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
