Description:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern AI/ML technologies. This role requires technical leadership in building scalable ML systems, productionizing models, and driving MLOps best practices.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production ML models, including model drift detection and retraining.
- Build scalable ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices for ML lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Architect enterprise-scale ML platforms focusing on automation, governance, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on AI/ML initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong Machine Learning expertise.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of ML system design, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience with MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar MLOps platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Spark, Ray, LLMs, Deep Learning, Transformers, Vector Databases, and ML Governance is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead ML projects and mentor engineering teams.
