Duties for Machine Builder / Assembler:
Assemble robotic machinery using detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Operate industrial equipment and robotic systems safely and efficiently during testing and production phases.
Perform electrical wiring, calibration, and integration of control systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
Fabricate components through welding, machining, and fabrication techniques to meet specifications.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble and modify machinery components.
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
Other duties are assigned by managers.
Requirements Machine Builder / Assembler:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environments involving industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams related to machinery assembly.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machining, electrical wiring, and industrial automation systems.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, fabrication techniques, and machine maintenance.
Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Also, we will kindly ask you to help our inventory team when there are scheduled part pick up or deliver machines to the client side, you will be charge of driving a pick up truck or a slightly bigger size truck (8ft × 18ft).
