Responsibilities
- Assemble and build machinery according to specifications and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
- Document assembly processes and provide feedback to engineering teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience with electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly. Own tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temp-to-hire assignment with optional OT. No mandatory weekend work. Paid breaks and lunches.
