Machine Builder / Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

Machine Building
Mechanical and electrical assembly of specialized CNC equipment
Machine setup and operational testing
Crating and preparation of machines for shipment
Field Service & Customer Support
Perform installation, startup, and field service at customer facilities
Provide on-site training for customers and distributors

Machine Builder / Field Service Technician Qualifications:

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
2+ years of experience servicing electro-mechanical equipment
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Working knowledge of PLC systems
Excellent electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Professional customer service and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% (U.S. and international)
