**M365SMEs | Active Directory (AD) & Entra ID Migration Specialist**

Our team
is growing and we are looking to add M365 SME with Active Directory (AD) &
Entra ID Migration Specialist experience. Position is open to hire anywhere
within US and will need some travel. We are unable to hire anyone on H1B, H4
EAD and OPT STEM EAD as of now. NO C2C or C2H please.
**KeyResponsibilities:**
+ **LeadAD to Entra ID Migrations:** Plan and execute migrationsfrom on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly AzureAD), including hybrid identity configurations using Azure AD Connect(Entra Connect).
+ **ManageTenant-to-Tenant Migrations:** Oversee Microsoft 365cross-tenant migrations (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint,OneDrive), ensuring seamless identity and data transitions.
+ **HybridIdentity Management:** Maintain synchronizationbetween on-prem AD and Entra ID, troubleshoot sync issues, and managetrust relationships and federation (e.g., AD FS).
+ **Microsoft365 Integration:** Ensure Azure AD identities areproperly integrated with M365 services, including user provisioning,licensing, and access control.
+ **IdentitySecurity & Authentication:** Implement and manage MFA,Conditional Access, SSO, and modern authentication protocols in line withZero Trust principles.
+ **Post-MigrationSupport:** Serve as the escalation pointfor identity-related issues, provide documentation, and support IT teamswith troubleshooting and best practices.
**RequiredSkills & Experience:**
+ Deepexpertise in Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, GPOs, replication, trusts).
+ Stronghands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrididentity and Azure AD Connect.
+ Proventrack record in AD and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
+ Familiaritywith M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) andtheir identity dependencies.
+ Proficiencyin PowerShell scripting and use of migration tools (e.g., Quest,ShareGate, BitTitan).
+ Solidunderstanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenIDConnect).
+ Experiencewith identity security, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
+ Excellenttroubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

+ Deepexpertise in one or more M365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams,SharePoint Online, or OneDrive for Business).

may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus,
