Job duties:

Work hybrid remote in New York City or Uniondale.

The Associate will work on a mix of M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic transactions, along with general transactional and corporate matters.

• Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate corporate documents
• Advise on general corporate matters
• Interact directly with clients, including founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices.

Required:

· NY bar

· Recent M&A experience

· Stock and asset purchase agreements

· Operating, merger, and shareholder agreements

· Entity formation, commercial agreements
