The ideal candidate is an enterprise-level integration leader with deep program management experience, sophisticated M&A integration expertise, and the ability to operate as a trusted thought partner to senior executives. This role serves as the firm’s integration architect, accountable for governance, cross-functional alignment, and value realization, and for institutionalizing Monday.com as the primary platform for integration planning, tracking, and performance management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide M&A integration strategy from pre-close diligence through post-close execution, stabilization, and value realization
  • Design, institutionalize, and continually refine a standardized integration framework, playbooks, governance models, and best practices
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight across all integration workstreams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, and technical functions
  • Partner closely with the COO and CFO to align integration priorities with financial targets, synergy realization, and operational performance goals
  • Oversee development and execution of detailed integration plans, timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive executive governance, including steering committees, decision frameworks, escalation protocols, and performance reporting
  • Ensure accountability across functional leaders and acquired firm leadership throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for integration efforts, managing executive stakeholders and acquired company leadership
  • Lead change management efforts to support employees of acquired firms through cultural and operational transitions.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability of integration activities across the portfolio
  • Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights to the COO, CFO, and leadership team
  • Leverage data and KPIs to monitor integration success, identify risks, and optimize outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Build and mentor integration capabilities, including influencing without authority across matrixed teams

Qualifications: (Highest Priority)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, management consulting, and/or M&A integration, including leading complex, multi-workstream integrations
  • Proven track record managing post-merger integrations from pre-close planning through post-close stabilization and value capture
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep experience with integration governance, operating models, and scaling operations across multiple entities or offices
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including comfort with KPIs, synergy modeling, and value realization tracking
  • Significant experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, and technical teams
  • Advanced proficiency with program/portfolio management tools; hands-on experience with Monday.com strongly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of clear, executive-ready materials

Preferred

  • AEC or adjacent project-based professional services experience
  • PMO, enterprise transformation, or corporate development / IMO leadership background
  • Direct responsibility for financial integration and synergy tracking

  • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leadership and acquired firm principals
  • Exceptional communicator and active listener who synthesizes perspectives and drives alignment
  • Effective influencer in matrixed settings, able to mobilize cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Data-driven decision-maker who uses KPIs and dashboards to monitor integration health and pre-empt issues
