Description

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$35-$37 per hour
Full time AM & On-Call

What You'll Do
Lead Your Shift

  • Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
  • Make rounds and ensure care plans are followed
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate clearly with families and residents
  • Create a calm, respectful, team-centered environment

Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident condition and report changes
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Respond confidently in urgent and changing situations

Be Part of Something Bigger
  • Support infection control and safety standards
  • Participate in quality assurance and care planning (MDS support)
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff
  • Help maintain a culture of accountability and compassion

What We're Looking For
  • Active, unencumbered LVN/LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
