We are seeking a compassionate and driven leader to oversee care services, support team development, and ensure each resident receives thoughtful, personalized care.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee health and wellness services for memory care residents using a person-centered approach
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and memory care standards
• Lead, train, and support nursing and care teams
• Manage assessments, care plans, medication oversight, and behavioral support needs
• Partner with physicians, families, and providers on resident care and changes in condition
• Provide on-call support and maintain accurate documentation and records

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Licensed Vocational Nuse (LVN) license in the state of Arizona
• Required certifications: Dementia Care, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, with memory care experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a senior living setting
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
