This is a fantastic opportunity for a Luxury Custom Home Project Manager or Superintendent to lead and oversee high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion. Description
- Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all building codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process.

Profile
A successful Luxury Custom Home Project Manager or Superintendent should have:
- A strong background in managing high-end residential construction projects.
