Locations vary from Miami to Jupiter, FL.Job DescriptionManage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance. Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively.
