Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for luxury residential projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control.
  • Ensure strict adherence to design intent, architectural details, and finishes.
  • Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and site organization.
  • Utilize Procore for daily logs, drawings, documentation, and coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and in‑house teams.
  • Represent the builder professionally with homeowners, architects, and consultants.
  • Oversee punch lists and ensure white‑glove project delivery.

Profile

A successful Luxury Homes Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (residential focused).
  • Proven background in high‑end custom residential construction ($2M+ projects).
  • Massachusetts CSL license required.
  • Proficient with Procore.
  • Detail‑oriented and passionate about craftsmanship and quality.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and growth‑minded.
  • Comfortable with regional travel as projects require.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Offer
