We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in luxury custom home construction to oversee high-value residential projects (ranging from $5M and up) in Jupiter, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of luxury home construction, while ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to timelines and budgets.Client DetailsOur Client is a an established General Contractor that has an impeccable reputation for delivery Luxury Home projects from $5M to $50M in Broward and Palm Beach County (Ground Up and Renovation). DescriptionProject Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources. Tailor plans to meet the specific needs and expectations of high-end clients.Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
