Part-Time Position

Schedule: Sunday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (One Day Per Week)

We are currently hiring a professional and highly dependable Gatehouse Security Officer for a private, luxury club in Estero, FL. This is a part-time position ideal for an experienced security professional who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in an upscale, exclusive environment.

This role is focused on gatehouse operations and access control while maintaining a polished, welcoming, and professional presence for members, guests, and vendors. Officers play an important role in ensuring a smooth arrival experience while helping maintain a safe and secure private club environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling access to the property, verifying members and authorized guests, maintaining accurate visitor and vehicle logs, responding professionally to inquiries or concerns, completing daily activity reports, and ensuring all property procedures are followed. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain professional and attentive throughout the shift.

Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in gatehouse, residential, private club, hospitality, or customer service-focused security environments. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently, using basic computer systems, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a polished presence in a high-end, member-focused environment. Dependability and excellent attendance are especially important given the limited weekly schedule.
