What You’ll Do As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets * Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while maintaining a first-class customer experience * Train and mentor sales consultants on sales process, product knowledge, and customer engagement * Monitor sales performance, appointments, closing ratios, and daily activity to drive results * Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery * Partner closely with Finance, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership to maximize store performance * Maintain manufacturer standards, compliance, and operational excellence * Recruit, hire, and develop top automotive sales talent * Analyze market trends, inventory, and dealership performance to create winning sales strategies * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For * Previous automotive sales management experience required. * Strong leadership and team-building abilities * Proven track record of driving sales and dealership profitability * High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Passion for coaching, developing, and leading successful teams Why Grubbs Volvo Central Houston?
