This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team where luxury meets performance, and every client interaction reflects Volvo standard.   Position Summary: As a Volvo Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering a personalized, premium experience to every client. From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, aligning their needs with Volvo cutting-edge models, technology, and driving dynamics.   What We Offer: * Competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities * Paid Weekly * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid training and ongoing development * Vehicle purchase and service discounts * Opportunities for career advancement   Key Responsibilities: * Represent the Volvo brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise. * Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned. * Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight our brand’s performance, luxury, and innovation. * Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover. * Maintain expert knowledge of all Volvo models, packages, technology, financing options, and competitive landscape. * Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups. * Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently. * Stay up to date with corporate product training and certification programs. * Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores Qualifications: * Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) strongly preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor. * Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities. * Passion for high-performance vehicles and Volvo's driving philosophy. * Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).  Apply Today If you’re a high-performing sales professional ready to take your career to the next level, we invite you to apply and become part of the Grubbs team.
