A premier automotive customization and luxury vehicle services company is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business development across custom automotive projects and premium vehicle storage services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury automotive sales, aftermarket performance, or high-end client relationship management who thrives in a client-facing, enthusiast-driven environment.

The position combines consultative sales, project development, and relationship management with discerning automotive clients and collectors. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly organized, and genuinely passionate about performance vehicles, customization, and luxury automotive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Automotive Project Sales

  • Consult with clients to understand project goals, vehicle plans, and performance objectives
  • Develop and sell custom automotive solutions including:
    • Performance modifications
    • Suspension and brake upgrades
    • Vehicle electronics and radar integration
    • Premium audio systems
    • Interior customization and refinishing
    • Restoration and complete vehicle build programs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate project scopes and pricing
  • Guide clients through project planning, budgeting, and execution expectations
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining a premium customer experience

Luxury Vehicle Storage & Client Services

  • Promote and grow premium vehicle storage memberships and services
  • Manage onboarding and relationship development for storage clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement into customization or performance projects
  • Ensure exceptional ongoing communication and service for collector and enthusiast clientele

Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Build long-term relationships with automotive enthusiasts, collectors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
  • Maintain proactive communication, follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Support referral development and repeat business opportunities

Sales Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with ownership and leadership teams on sales strategy and growth initiatives
  • Maintain CRM records, proposals, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with production and technical teams to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Contribute to process improvements and overall business development efforts

Desired Background

  • Experience in luxury automotive sales, performance vehicle sales, or aftermarket automotive services
  • Background as a Sales Manager, Client Advisor, or Automotive Project Consultant preferred
  • Knowledge of high-end vehicles, customization trends, and enthusiast culture
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable discussing technical automotive concepts with clients and internal teams
  • Experience working with premium or high-net-worth clientele
  • Self-motivated, professional, and highly organized
  • Passion for automotive performance, restoration, and specialty vehicles
