This position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and positive environment for students during lunch periods.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch waves to ensure a safe and respectful environment.* Monitor student behavior and encourage positive social interactions.* Assist with light clean-up duties between lunch waves (including wiping tables).* Support school staff in maintaining order and cleanliness in the cafeteria.* Respond to minor student needs and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.Qualifications:* Enjoy working with children and maintaining a positive, respectful demeanor.* Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.* Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus, but not required.
