WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Prior lube tech or quick service experience (Take 5, Jiffy Lube, Walmart, Grease Monkey, etc.)
Basic knowledge of oil changes, tire rotations, and maintenance services
Strong work ethic and ability to move fast in a high-volume shop
Must have reliable transportation
Clean driver's license preferred
Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Assist main line technicians as needed
Follow dealership processes and safety standards
