Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations with accuracy and efficiency.
Safety Inspections Conduct multipoint inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential mechanical issues.
Shop Support Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist technicians as needed.
Customer Communication Provide clear explanations of recommended services and vehicle conditions.
Equipment Operation Properly use lifts, tools, and diagnostic equipment following all safety protocols.
Documentation Accuracy Record services performed, inspection findings, and parts used in the shop management system.
Team Collaboration Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Basic automotive knowledge preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
