Supporting students with toileting and feeding needs; supporting instruction and implementing programs/lesson plans created by the Special Education Teacher; escorting students to and from pick up/drop off locations during arrival and dismissal; supporting and implementing behavior plans as directed by BCBA and/or classroom teacher.
Qualifications
• High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred • Experience working with children/students • Experience assisting in program implementation • Ability to work with professional staff • Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications
Additional Duties
• Support students with disabilities in inclusive and substantially separate settings • Assist with a behavior plan implementation • Provide academic support as needed • May need to support feeding and toileting needs • Monitor for attention, work completion, and social navigation • Perform duties as assigned by school administration • Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher
Salary: $125 per diem
