    Now Hiring: LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor

    We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor.

    Schedule: Every Weekend

    Shift: Doubles – 7:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

    Position Summary:

    The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
    • Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
    • Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety. 
    • Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Current RN or LPN license.
    • Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Additional Duties:

    • Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics. 
    • Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
