Shift: Doubles – 7:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Position Summary:The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
- Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.
- Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Duties:
- Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics.
- Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
