Location: Hillcrest Shadow Lake
Address: 1507 E Gold Coast Road, Papillion, NE 68046
Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., every other weekend
Starting Pay: RN starting at $34.50+ per hour | LPN starting at $30.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE.
Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County.
What You'll Get to Do
Provide quality nursing care and support for residents
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
Support residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
Complete documentation accurately and timely
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents and team members
What We're Looking For
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Strong communication and teamwork skills
